Claremont Cottage, 34 Creggan Road, Randalstown, Antrim, Co Antrim, BT41 3LN

Claremont Cottage was a single-storey house, likely built between 1840 and 1859, appearing on an Ordnance Survey map of 1858. The house was initially described in a 1971 survey as being in the Regency style. It had a cruciform layout with harled and whitewashed walls, slated roofs with half-hexagonal ends and wide eaves overhangs, and rendered chimneys. The original D/H windows, featuring full glazing bars, initially extended almost to ground level, though the lower halves of some were later blocked up. Each arm of the building featured a half-hexagonal bay, three of which contained entrances or French windows. The building was partly destroyed by fire in 1976 and subsequently renovated, but was ultimately demolished in 1987. It was initially listed in 1974 and delisted on 9th June 1987.
