29 New Street, Randalstown, Antrim, Co Antrim, BT41 3AF

The building at 29 New Street, Randalstown, was a two-storey, three-bay house. Although its precise date of construction is not known, it first appeared on an Ordnance Survey map of 1858, built as a replacement for an earlier, smaller building shown on the 1829 map. It likely dates to between 1840 and 1859.

The house had walls finished in render and a slated roof. The central entrance was topped by an entablature supported by console brackets. Double-hung windows with plain glazing were set within square, moulded openings, each featuring a keystone. The corners of the building were finished with quoins, and the chimneys were made of yellow brick. The original door had been replaced by a modern glazed door with matching sidelights. Decorative iron railings extended across the pavement.

The building was demolished and replaced with a new structure. It was located within the Randalstown conservation area and was in private commercial ownership.
