Description
No. 41 is a detached house located in North Perrott, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from roughly cut and squared ham stone and features a double Roman clay tiled roof with stepped coped gables and brick chimney stacks at each end. The house has two storeys and three bays. The windows are leaded casements with iron-framed opening lights, consisting of three lights in the outer bays and two lights in the center bay, where the lower light is positioned to the left of center. The ground floor windows have timber lintels, and the second bay shares its lintel with the front entrance, which has a boarded door set in a deep recess and accessed by two steps. There is a lean-to structure against the north gable, and a boundary wall that reaches almost to the eaves level abuts the south gable. The interior has not been seen.
