Description
The United Reformed Church, built in the early 19th century, features rendered stonework with ashlar dressings and a Welsh slate roof behind coped gables. The church is a single storey, measuring two bays wide by three bays long. It has pointed arched windows with 'Y'-tracery and labels on three sides. The east entrance is gabled, showcasing a moulded pointed arched doorway with a label above, which frames boarded studded doors situated between windows. Above the doorway, there is a quatrefoil within a circular surround. The interior has not been seen. Surrounding the church to the east and south are railings and matching gates that outline the paths. These include low stone kerbs and wrought iron barbed arrowhead railings with urn finials on braced standards. There are also matching entrance gates located four metres east of the church, positioned between plain stone piers, along with gates providing access to the burial ground on the south and northeast sides of the church.
