House, now house and shop. C17, with early and late C19 alterations and extensions. Ham Hill stone ashlar facade, probably early C19, rubble to the left return; double-Roman pantile roof, hipped to the left (east), gabled to the right with a brick stack to left-of-centre and a small gable to the left return. 4-unit plan. Horizontal 3- and 4-light casement windows to the first floor; C20 door to the far right, with 4-light casement to inside-right. There is a C20 shop with a shop window inserted to the front left and in the left return. The rear is early C19 rough ashlar, a 2-storey gable to the left with 8/8-pane sash in a forward frame and wooden lintel over French windows with overlight to the ground floor. Stepped well-forward is a flat-roofed room, probably early C19, with lead roof and Ham Hill stone coping to the parapet wall; it has a door to the left return and a C20 two-light window facing the garden, to the south. INTERIOR: much altered, but has an open fireplace to the right of the stack with an oak beam, otherwise mostly early C19 with elliptical arches and a reeded cornice to the main room. Roof not seen.
