Description
Rectory Farm Cottage is a 18th-century cottage constructed of painted random rubble, featuring a hipped thatched roof with a slate-hung catslide at the rear that begins just below the roof ridge. The building has two storeys with dormers on the upper floor and is arranged in a 3:1 bay configuration. The windows are 20th-century casements, and there is a 20th-century door located to the left of centre. On the left side of the cottage, there are three five-light leaded casement windows on the ground floor. The rear elevation on the right side includes a two-light moulded mullion window beneath a lintel, with a door to the right and a hay loft above. The cottage was formerly known as Home Farmhouse.
