Description

Mill Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that is timber framed and plastered, topped with a gabled thatched roof. The building has two storeys and features a catslide lean-to at the rear, which has painted weatherboarding on its east wall. The front of the cottage includes two semi-circular arch headed casement windows, one of which has leaded lights, along with a simple boarded door. The east gable also has a similar leaded light window with an opening iron casement light. There is a small ridge line stack located off-centre. Inside, the cottage contains an early 19th-century fire surround.
