GV II House, formerly known as Kittisford Rectory. C17, with early C19 additions. Red sandstone random rubble with quoins distinguishing main block from service wing, slate roof hipped to left, gabled right, brick stacks. U-plan facing South with service wing extension South East; originally L-shaped block on East side, refronted South side early C19 when linked to new L-shaped blocked on West side by staircase hall, North. South front: two and half storeys, 4:3 bays; sashes with glazing bars, 3 flat headed dormers in main block, centre of same 3-light bay window with cast iron canopy and slate roof. Left return elevation, 3 bays with similar fenestration. Interior: moulded and chamfered beams with enriched stops in East wing, imported early C18 barley sugar twist dog-leg staircase back stairs.
