Description
Rosedale is a detached house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from local lias stone that has been cut and squared, and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with a central yellow brick chimney stack. The house is two storeys high with a three-bay south elevation. It has 16-pane sash windows set in plain openings, each with heavy stone lintels. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door located in a semi-circular arched recess, which has a plain surround with impost blocks and is topped by a radial glazed fanlight. There is a lean-to extension against the west gable. The interior has not been seen.
