Description
Corner House is a detached house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from local lias stone that has been cut and squared, and features a clay pantiled roof with stepped coped gables and ashlar stone end chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and four bays, with the first bay being a flat-roofed extension added in the early 20th century. It has 16-pane sash windows with shaped stone lintels above plain openings. In bay three, there is a pair of Regency style part-glazed doors set beneath a timber fret porch with a flat roof. The interior has not been seen.
