Description

Ivy House Farm House is a farmhouse dating from around 1650, with additions from the 19th century. The building features a rendered exterior with freestone detailing, brick stacks, a coped verge on the left, and a concrete pantile roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The front door is framed by a square-headed stone architrave with a squared drip mould above, and it has a half-glazed door. To the left of the door, there is a three-light ovolo moulded mullion window with mid-19th century frames for each light. The first floor has two similar windows. On the right side of the facade, there is a mid-19th century gabled extension that contains one 16-light sash window in a plain architrave on each floor.
