Description
The former stable to Church Lodge, located on Church Street, dates from the 17th or 18th century. It features a facade made of ham stone ashlar, with coursed rubble on the sides and rear. The roof is hipped, covered with Welsh slate over stone slate base courses, and has a coped rear gable. On the east side, there are two timber garage doors beneath concrete lintels, while the south wall has an older boarded door. The north side contains two blocked plain three-light mullioned windows. This building is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
