Description

CORFE CP ST22SW 6/19 Corfe Cottage Lodge II Lodge to Barton Grange (qv); now dwelling. lid C19, minor addition late C20. Chert random rubble; buff brick dressings and composite blocks moulded with incised designs, steeply pitched diaper-pattern decorative clay tile roof,overhanging eaves, bargeboards, sprockets and decorative ridge tiles, 6 tall circular brick pots set on square base centre. T-plan with coeval monopitch extensions either side of east wing. South front: one and a half storeys, gable end left 2 and 3-light chamfered wooden mullions with runout stops, relieving arches with decorative keystones, right upper storey ;It on right return fronting road, fully glazed porch with 9-pane fixed lights flanking three-quarter glazed door with decorative light, entrance now through C20 single storey addition on left return.
