Description

Throop Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed from locally sourced stone that has been cut and squared, featuring ashlar dressings. The roof is covered with concrete 'Ludlow' pattern tiles and has simple gables. The building is two storeys high and consists of five bays. A continuous string course runs above the ground floor windows, which are fitted with 2-light hollow chamfered mullioned windows that have plain casements. The central doorway is obscured by a 20th-century timber and glazed porch with a felted roof. The interior has not been seen.
