(Marked on O.S. map as Greylake House). Farmhouse. Late C18. Brick, coped verges, brick stacks, plain tile roof. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay frontage, 12-pane sash windows, painted wedge lintols. Central door opening, semi-circular head, 6-panelled door, Gothick fanlight. Right return of coursed and squared rubble; single bay outshut to left with swept-down roof.
