Description

This is a farmhouse located at 37 Main Road, dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. The building is constructed of stucco, with cob and brick on the left side, and is colorwashed. It features wide eaves and a Bridgwater patent tile roof with a crested ridge. The right side has an ornamental bargeboard and a wooden ball finial. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three bays. The first floor has 2-light 12-pane casement windows, while the ground floor has 12-pane Yorkshire sash windows. There is a central door opening with a six-panelled door, where the top two panels are glazed, and an ornamental flat hood supported by scrolly wrought-iron brackets.
