Description
Sock Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse, likely a former gamekeeper's cottage, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of brick, which is rendered and colorwashed, and features a triple-roll clay tiled roof with stepped coped gables and brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and three bays. It includes pointed arched windows with 2-light timber casement windows that have iron-framed opening lights. The central entrance has a panelled door and an open timber and tiled porch. There is an outshut at the rear. The interior has not been seen.
