Description

Innox Hill Cottage is a cottage orné built between 1880 and the 1940s. It is two storeys high and has a rendered exterior. There is a decorative band over the ground floor. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring a tongued barge and verge board. The cottage has three bays, with a projecting central two-storey angled bay that includes a segmental window on the first floor, above which the eaves are raised. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, with two lights on the ground floor that have cavetto moulding and drip moulds. To the left on the ground floor, there is a projection with an open parapet. To the right of the bay, there is an arch with a pierced parapet below a lean-to roof, leading to a Tudor arch doorway that also has a drip.
