2. 1880-40s cottage orné. 2 storeys, rendered. Band over ground floor. Hipped slate roof with tongued barge and verge board. 3 bays, projecting central 2 storey angled bay with segmental 1st floor window over which eaves are raised (see also Selwood Lodge, Leys Lane). Glazing bar sash windows, 2 light on ground floor with cavetto moulded and drip moulds. Projection to left on ground floor with open parapet. Arch to right of bay with pierced parapet below lean-to roof and Tudor arch doorway with drip.
