No 37, Innox Hill House, and Innox Hill Gardens date from around 1800. The house is constructed of ashlar, featuring a moulded plinth, a moulded and dentilled cornice, and a parapet with coping. It extends over three storeys and includes a basement. The front facade has three windows, with plate glass sashes set in reveals, each with a moulded cornice supported on consoles at ground floor level. A central door is topped by a transom light and is surrounded by a doorcase with a dentilled cornice on square section engaged columns. The parapet incorporates blind panels between the windows. Inside, a wide hall boasts an elegant staircase and a segmental hall arch.
