Description

Lower Draycott Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed from local stone rubble that is unsquared and roughly coursed, with brickwork on the sides and Ham stone quoins and dressings around the openings. The roof is made of Welsh slate and features overhanging verges, along with brick chimney stacks at each end.

The building is two storeys high and has an outshut at the rear, with a two-bay front. The central doorway has a 20th-century panelled door and is topped by a simple stone hood supported by corbel brackets. The windows are horizontal sliding sashes with small panes and flat arches.
