PITMINSTER CP PITMINSTER VILLAGE Vibart family monument in churchyard, about 6.5 m east of chancel, Church of St Andrew and St Mary

GV II

Chest tomb. Early C19. Possibly Ham stone. Ledger topped, moulded cornice, moulded plinth, north and south faces with end pilasters divided equally into 2 raised and fielded panels, inscription on north face illegible, south face probably inscribed to a member of the Vibart family, died 1816, east and west ends plain, top damaged. There are a number of monuments to members of the Vibart family in the church (qv)
