Description
No. 15 North Street is a house from the 17th century, originally known as Nos. 13, 15, and 17 North Street. It is constructed of painted limestone rubble and features a thatched roof supported by wrought-iron brackets at the gutter, with stepped stone coping and a brick stack on the left gable end. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window range. The first floor includes 19th-century three-light leaded casements at eaves level, and there is a similar window in the centre of the ground floor, which has wooden glazing bars and a lintel. A 20th-century planked door is located to the far left under a wooden lintel. The interior has not been inspected.
