3/151 Sea Farmhouse and barn attached to north-east corner -

GV II

Farmhouse. Probably late C18. Ham stone roughly cut and squared; thatched roof with coped east gable, plain gable to west; brick chimney stacks. T-plan; 2 storeys, 3 bays. Horizontal bar casement windows, the lower 3-light with slightly segmental arched heads to openings; first floor 4-light, all set into thatch: between bays 1 and 2 projecting single storey porch with coped gable and ball finial, chamfered segmental outer archway, C19 boarded door inside. Plain east gable; west gable rendered, with C20 steel casement windows inserted; lean-to and extensions wing to rear. Interior not seen. Attached to north-east corner by thin link, a long barn wing in 2 parts, with half-hipped thatched roof, blocked windows in south gable; windows match those of house at northern end; part of west elevation timber clad.
