Description

Holly Tree Farmhouse is a mid-to-late 18th-century farmhouse located on the east side of Woodlands Road, West Pennard. It is constructed from coursed and squared rubble stone with irregular, large dressed freestone quoins. The roof is covered in triple Roman tiles and features end brick stacks. The symmetrical frontage is three bays wide, with Yorkshire sash windows containing glazing bars and wooden lintols. A central door opening is accessed via a later gabled wooden porch supported by thin iron columns. The porch contains a C19 half-glazed door.
