Late C19. Three storeys. Freestone. Deep cornice with brackets, parapet. Banded quoins. Rusticated ground floor. Sill band with egg and dart motifs under first floor windows. Volutes with foliage to left and right under sill band. Five windows, Architrave surrounds to upper floors, first floor windows also with alternating segmental and open triangular pediments with carved brackets.
