Description
This is a detached farmhouse located about 80 meters west of Nun's Well, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from Cary stone ashlar and features a hipped Welsh slate roof, along with ashlar stone chimney stacks topped with decorative caps. The building is designed in a villa style and has two storeys with three bays. The sash windows consist of 12 panes and are set in plain keystoned surrounds. The central bay includes a half-glazed door beneath a margined rectangular fanlight, which is framed by a plain raised surround with a keystone. There is a single-storey addition on the north side that connects to farm buildings, which may date from the same period. The interior has not been seen.
