ST51NW BRYMPTON D'EVERCY CP NEW ROAD (South side) HOUNDSTONE 3/31 Milestone at NGR ST 5170 1635 - - II Milestone. C19. Ham stone pillar, cast iron plaques. Triangular stone about 450 mm x 450 mm x 300 mm, about one metre tall, slightly rounded top: on east face plaque about 430 mm x 100 mm deep, with 100 mm rounded drop under, reads "ILMINSTER 11", and on west plaque about 360 mm wide reads "YEOVIL 2 1/2". On a modified, non-turnpiked road, and possibly a relocation.
