Description

No. 23 Draycott Road is a 17th-century house constructed from colour-washed rubble with an asbestos tiled roof. It features a coped verge on the left and end stacks. The building is two stories tall and has three bays, with ovolo moulded stone mullion windows that have three lights and angled labels above them. The central door opening has a moulded stone surround with a depressed four-centred arch head and a plank door. There are additional ovolo moulded mullion windows located at the rear of the house.
