No. 73 on Cowl Street is a house built around 1800. It features a rubble exterior and a double Roman tile roof with coped verges and a stone stack on the left side. The building is two stories high and has two bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars set in moulded stone architraves, although one window on the first floor is blocked. To the right of the house, there is a door opening with a moulded surround and a triangular pediment supported by cut stone brackets, leading to a five-panelled door.
