Description
Hillworth House is a town house that has been converted into a hospital annex, dating from around 1850. The building features a rendered exterior that is scribed to resemble blockwork and is topped with a slate roof. It stands three stories tall and has three bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars set within reveals. The wide eaves have a plaster soffit, and the roof is low-pitched and hipped.
To the right, there is a later addition, No 7, which is a two-story bow fronted structure with a single bay and late 20th-century windows. The entrance features a semi-circular head door opening that contains a six-panelled door with a fanlight above. The building is adorned with a moulded cornice and a plain parapet with coping. The main entrance is located on the left return and is highlighted by an elaborate ashlared porch.
