Description

No 10 on Draycott Road is a house dating from around 1800, which was refronted around 1850. It is constructed from Doulting Limestone rubble with squared quoins and freestone details, topped by a hipped slate roof and featuring brick stacks. The building has a rectangular plan and stands two stories tall with four bays.

The porch has a hipped roof and features a door with six panels that are fielded and flush moulded. On the right side, there are two 12-light sash windows in plain stone surrounds, while on the left, there is a single opening of a similar type. The first floor has four sash windows with glazing bars, again of a similar design.
