Description

Coombe Hay Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of colourwashed rubble with an asbestos slated mansard roof and tall brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and features three bays with 9 and 12-pane sash windows. The central entrance consists of a 6-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed and surrounded by a panelled frame. At the rear, there is a wing that is lower in height and covered with a double Roman tile roof.
