Description
Ash Tree Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed from colourwashed rubble and features a slate roof with coped verges and three brick stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a layout of one bay on the left and three bays on the right. It has 12-pane sash windows with exposed sash boxes and shallow reveals. The door opening is located in the centre of the right three bays and features a 20th-century three-quarter glazed door. To the left of the ground floor, there is a two-light metal casement window. Inside, the farmhouse has lias flagstones and retains the remains of a bread oven.
