Description
This is a low farm outbuilding, possibly dating from the early 18th century, located to the east of No 30 on Chilkwell Street. It faces south, away from the street, and is primarily constructed of coursed freestone. The roof is made of pantiles, with some thatch still visible on the inside. The building features brick piers with openings that also face south and has an open timber roof supported by simple tie-beams. It is listed as Grade II for its group value, as it forms a cohesive group with Nos 28, 30, and the outbuilding to the east.
