Description

No. 30 on Chilkwell Street is a building from the 16th or early 17th century. It has two storeys and is finished in pebble-dash with a pantile roof. The building features three stone mullioned windows with two, three, and four lights, and the ground floor windows have hoodmoulds. There are also two later wooden casement windows and a four-panel door. No. 30, along with No. 28 and an outbuilding to the east, forms a group of buildings.
