Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building on Chilkwell Street. It is two storeys high and constructed of coursed rubble with a slate roof and projecting eaves. The front has three widely spaced sash windows, each with a keystone. A doorway is topped with a painted stone hood supported by moulded brackets. Cast-iron railings are also present. The building is part of a group with Nos. 30 and an outbuilding to the east.
