House at end of row. C18. Rendered and colourwashed over local rubble, clay pantiled roof with continuation to west and coped gable to east, brick end chimney stacks. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, single bay. Sash windows of 16 panes, in plain openings with exposed sash boxes, the lower wider, to left a half-glazed door in plain opening, up 2 steps. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: extending from both corners of house, and returning along front boundary about 2m from house, a low random stone wall with ashlar coping, with gap opposite entrance door, adding to the setting of the house and the streetscape generally. Roof a continuation of No.69 (qv) to N.
