House in row. Late C18/early C19. Local rubble, clay pantiles roof with coped gable to west, continuation to east, brick end chimney stacks. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, single bay. Sash windows of 16-panes with exposed boxes in plain openings, to left a C20 door in plain opening, up 4 steps. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: extending from both corners of house and returning along front boundary, about 2m from house, low random stone wall with ashlar copings, mid C20 wrought-iron gate opposite door.
