Description
Number 67 is a house located on St Thomas Street in Wells, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of local rubble with a clay pantile roof featuring a coped gable on the west side and a continuation to the east, along with brick end chimney stacks. The house has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high with a single bay.
The exterior includes sash windows with 16 panes and exposed boxes in plain openings. To the left of the house, there is a 20th-century door set in a plain opening, which is accessed by four steps.
The front boundary wall extends from both corners of the house and returns along the front boundary, standing about 2 meters from the house. This low random stone wall features ashlar copings and has a mid-20th-century wrought-iron gate opposite the door. The interior has not been inspected.
