Farmhouse. Early C17. Random rubble, dressed quoins, stone tiled roof, coped verges, 2 ashlar stacks with moulded caps, 3 rubble stacks. T plan. Two storeys and attics, 2:1 bays, that to right in a projecting gabled wing, 2 and 3 light hollow-moulded stone-mullioned windows, some blocked; stopped labels, the majority with relieving arches; C20 casements to ground floor; gabled dormer to right return of projecting wing, coped verge with a base for a finial, 2 light stone mullioned window. Two door openings, C20 6-panelled doors. Semi-circular headed archway with rough hewn voussoirs and a further relieving arch over to ground floor of left return of projecting wing allowing a stream to pass underneath at basement level; a further similar archway to right return. Single storey wing to left, coped verge, stone tiled roof, brick stack, C20 casement; a blocked 4-centred arch door opening in a deeply chamfered stone surround to rear.
