Description

The Trask Chest Tomb, located in the churchyard 0.5 metres north of the tower of the Church of Saint Michael, is an 18th-century chest tomb made of Ham stone. It features a moulded plinth and fielded panels on the sides, along with fielded panels that have coffered pilasters on the flanks. The tomb is topped with a heavy moulded hipped top. It commemorates James Trask, a yeoman who died around 1753.
