Description
50 and 50A Milk Street are a late 17th-century building, altered and modernized. The building is two and a half storeys high and has a rendered exterior. It features a cornice and raised eaves, with Bridgwater tiles visible. A single raking dormer window sits at the roof apex. The front facade has three windows, the outer two being paired, all set within edge-roll surrounds with plate glass sash windows. A plain modern central door provides access. A stair turret is located at the rear of the building, and the ground level falls to accommodate a basement. The building is documented further in the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments, The Trinity Area.
