Description

NYNEHEAD CP ST12SW NYNEHEAD VILLAGE 4/75 Walls enclosing garden and abutting south boundary wall to churchyard, Church of All Saints GV II Walls. Late C18 altered mid C19. Red brick, Flemish bond, saddle-back brick coping. Plan: enclosing rectangular garden at Nynehead Court (qv), north wall continued west as boundary wall to Church of All Saints (qv). About 3 m high,probably higher on east side where ground slopes away, centre section on west side taken down and rebuilt about 300 mm high, wall swept down on north side by church to about 1.5 m. Concrete lintel to square headed opening in north-west corner, double gates north front, arched opening east front. Forms part of a good group.
