NYNEHEAD CP ST12SW NYNEHEAD VILLAGE 4/69 Court Gardens Farmhouse and walls enclosing garden GV II Farmhouse and walls enclosing garden. C17, farmhouse altered t18 and late C20; walls late C18. Farmhouse, rendered over rubble, thatched roof, brick stacks, probably 3-cell and cross passage extended west late C20. Wallls: red brick Flemish bond with Ham stone flat coping abutting west gable end and south east corner of cottage returned to enclose garden.South front of cottage overlooking garden, one and a half storeys, 4 eyebrow dormers with one window set below eves left, late C18 2-light leaded iron casements, ground floor windows late C20 and door, outshut at rear with C20 additions. Interior not seen. Inserted doorway in wall by west end of cottages, segmental headed original openings north-west and centre of south side, wall interrupted in south-east corner, restoration in progress (April 1985). This was the vegetable garden for Nynehead Court (qv) built incorporating existing farmhouse,
