Description

No. 11 Middle Street is a detached late Georgian brick house, positioned at right angles to the road. The house is two storeys high and features a slate roof with cresting. The brickwork shows some disturbance. It has four sash windows with glazing bars, and a large window on the left side of the ground floor is framed by an architrave surround and cornice. The entrance is marked by a Tuscan doorcase with an open pediment and a traceried fanlight above a half-glazed door. This building, along with the other listed buildings on the south side of Middle Street, contributes to a cohesive group with No. 15 Canon Street.
