Description

Fair View Farmhouse is a farmhouse with an early 19th-century front, likely built on 18th-century foundations. It is constructed from dressed coursed Doulting stone and features a plain string course at the first floor level. The roof is covered with concrete double Roman tiles and has coped gables with ashlar chimney stacks at each end. The building is two stories high, with a double pile layout and a three-window front that includes a central entrance. The entrance has a 20th-century vertical boarded door set in a square-headed stone frame. The windows are two-light, two-pane sash windows in plain stone frames, with a single light, two-pane sash window located above the door.
