Description

Hinton Field Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 17th century to the early 18th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 20th centuries. The building features rubble and freestone dressings and quoins, topped with a 20th-century tiled roof that has coped raised verges. It stands two storeys high with garrets. On the ground floor, there are five 2-light casement windows with chamfered mullions and surrounds, while the first floor has similar windows in edge roll moulded surrounds. A continuous dripmould runs above the ground floor. The central entrance consists of a glazed door set in a plain surround. Additionally, there is a 19th-century rear wing.
