Description

Phylernem is a semi-detached house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of stucco and features an asbestos diagonal slate hipped roof, with end and central chimney stacks made of ashlar stone and rendered materials. The building has two storeys and a basement, presenting a single-window front with the entrance located on the right side. The entrance consists of a six-panel door set in a plain painted stone surround, topped with a flat stone hood slab supported by carved brackets. The house is adorned with 12-pane sash windows, which are also framed in plain painted stone surrounds.
