Farmhouse. Late C18, addition of early C19. In 2 halves, to right roughcast, to left smooth rendered with rusticated quoins, slate roof, coped verges and a coping between the 2 halves, each surmounted by a brick stack. Two storeys, 3:2 bays, 3-light casements to first floor, those to left bays under stopped labels. 16-pane sash windows to let bays of ground floor under similar labels; 3-light casements to right bays of ground floor. Door opening virtually to centre of left 3 bays, 6-panelled door, triangular pediment on three-quarter Tuscan columns. (VAG report, unpublished SRO, April 1982).
