2 cottages. C17. Painted render over cob or rubblestone. Continuous thatched roof, half-hipped to the left with lateral stacks to the right of each cottage. No.19 to the left is L-shaped without windows to the street, No.21 is one-unit plan. One storey with attic; 2-window range. No.19 has a C20 door and a small leaded slit window, probably a fire window, to the left of a rubblestone external stack with a tall shaft which is offset below and above the eaves. The cottage is said to have been reconstructed during its restoration. No.21 has a C19 two-light casement window at eaves level over a C20 lean-to porch (of one single slate) and door. To the left is a single-light window. The lateral stack to the right is internal. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: a low rubblestone wall attached connected to the rubblestone stack and on the right to No.23 (qv), curves round to the left and front the gardens.
