The garden river wall located west and south-west of Parrett House is a boundary wall from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble made from Ham stone and extends from the upper water-wheel shed to the north-west junction with the end of the bridge. The wall incorporates the outlet from the mill stream and features a steep ramp just before the junction, averaging about 4.5 meters in height.
